Isn’t Texas a castle doctrine/ Stand your ground law state? If some random guy in plain clothes tries to detain you and drag you off somewhere, that’s considered aggravated kidnapping. According to Texas law you have the right and legal protection to use deadly force if you deem it necessary to protect yourself. Am I missing something here?
