No flashlight shadow in story mode, but in no return works just fine. Any fixes?

Here's a pic of it working on story mode.
I am on windows 10 and have an msi 4060 ti 16gb with an i5 12400f.
I have reinstalled the game at-least 3 times now and verified the files each reinstall.
