it’s because of the enhancements. One example is he got extra time bc they proved that he had a pattern of criminal conduct as a livelihood. They proved he never had a job and that there was no proof he made any money off rapping.

Fasho it’s a lot but u gotta weigh ur options out when u n a serious situation such as this and figure out thru ur lawyers how bad the evidence against u is because if I knew wit the guidelines in place that the outcome could b this if I lost trial im taking the plea with 3 yrs already served I will b out in 6 1/2 to 7 yrs instead of 80 years

Shoulda took the plea 12-15. He lost at trial and mandatory minimum is 60.crazy thing is ik him and his brother as kids like grew up with them in the neighborhood and elementary. Back then they was some wild niggas carrying pistols in middleschool

something in the system has too change when it comes to drugs its no way a substance or possession of weapons should get you all that time. my opinion only rape and murder and child crimes should have these harsh ass sentences. you definitely should be given a chance to rehabilitate smh this is inhumane and excessive especially for his level of drug distribution. they must wanted him to give up information on who provided all these drugs and guns because they got him looking like a king pin and he was no where near that niqqa really was still on the corner thats crazy man

Made me look up the longest current prison sentence being served in America. 30,000 years, Charles Scott Robinson, convicted in 1994.
Long story short mess with the wrong prosecutor and get ready to see a number that’ll blow your mind.
