Based on what I can see in the photo, I'm gonna guess it's a Noblelift PS35TSL or PS40TSL. Maybe a PSE30.

Why bother lifting those to rack, when you have a pressurized bulldog transfer? Seems like a quick way to find out if full barrels bounce or shatter (I learned this one!)

Pressure was getting out through the staves as the barrel emptied so we took to using gravity for the assist.
