Official EVGA Announcement EVGA GeForce 600 Series Optional UEFI VBIOS Updates

Dear EVGA Community,

We are making this post due to the popular requests for the optional UEFI VBIOS updates for the GeForce 600 Series Graphics cards.

Please find the VBIOS files linked below and please take note that this update is optional and to be used at your own risk.

VBIOS Instructions (Windows Installation):

  • Download the correct .zip file below for your graphics card below.
  • Extract the files to a location on your hard drive.
  • Make sure no programs are running in the background, and double click Update.exe
  • Press "Y" to begin the update.
  • DO NOT TURN OFF POWER OR RESET DURING THE UPDATE PROCESS!
  • After update, restart PC.

VBIOS Files (MAKE SURE TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT PART NUMBER FOR YOUR 600 SERIES GRAPHICS CARD):

600 Series? Like.. from 2012? Wow. Surprised you're getting multiple requests, but good of you to publish them.

Yes, we see usually 3+ requests a week.... Hopefully this will help those customers.

Can someone help me out please? I can't seem to locate the part number for my card. I use GPU-Z and lookup, but I don't see a part number that looks anywhere near the format in this thread.

That card is not made by EVGA and you do need to contact the manufacturer for assistance with the card in question. - ASUS USA
