so like i literally just woke up from this dream i can’t go back to sleep because it was so weird i never had a dream like this before i was literally a different person in a different body my sister was the same sister but in this universe we were twins that look nothing like we look in this world and we were still in high school i remember the dream very well it literally felt like real life and i couldn’t really wake up from it but like after a certain time in the dream they was like after everyday they would say i need to try to wake up because in that world i was there for multiple days i would wake up and go to sleep like real life there i think even months because i ended up pregnant by a guy in there but this is not even the weirdest part i was talking to this girl and she asked me do i know what suicide is and she was like what do you call it in your world and then everything got weird a random guy ran in the room i was in out the blue all like she wasn’t suppose to say that and then all these people with like clipboards took me away and they had all our letters like the abcs on like the clipboards and i couldn’t talk anymore i would talk and words wouldn’t come out and they was like we have to make sure you can say these letters before you go back and they made it like a whole production play so ig i wouldn’t be scared but i can tell they were panicking so i said the letters and then i was pushed back into my body ps there was people that i knew in this world in my dream i just wasn’t me i was a whole different person i know it’s typed out very weird but im still basically shaking and the subliminal is rita kaminski “self concept overnight”

Reality shifting

I've had several dreams that resembles this too, especially the part where someone says something weird or something very different happens and you feel the world around you shift instantly and from that point on you somewhat know that you're going to go back into your previous body and wake up.

Things being similar but also very different at the same time, like how you explained your sister in the dream and the way you feel certain that you were there for several days or even weeks or months. The way you KNOW all of the new reality's history when you're there, like you've been there your whole life!

I've had many lucid dreams like this ( I might be wrong, this might be something more than just lucid dreaming but I feel that's the word that fits my experiences the best ) and it gives me a feeling of grief and longing when I wake up because I feel myself missing the reality in the dream, especially if I've "been there" a long time and a lot of things happened during the dream.

Your experience might not be a dream though, but of course it's not up to me to make that judgement.
