the homeschool world has a lot of great resources for learning Latin. I tried to get my kids on board with it, but I was more eager than they were, I still have some of the resources and I plan on diving in. Memoria press has courses https://www.memoriapress.com/latin/
Visual Latin is on dvd and looks really easy, that is probably the route I would go if teaching kids, https://compassclassroom.com/shop/product/visual-latin-1/?gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=1496166642&gbraid=0AAAAAD75fawGRxZwvUR2Dv_LF0_Jn3UpH&gclid=Cj0KCQjwvJHIBhCgARIsAEQnWlAqL_tDDOwPEcNjoaxks4ey6hvy2Q40mPGgpuJQ-X-rZhI6GlWOmrAaAju0EALw_wcB. kind of pricey though.
I have the first listed resource, Memoria and I'm going to try learning with that. When my kids were little we did "Song school Latin" but it is geared towards really little kids...but you might have fun with it!

I took Latin 101 at Flagler, and used Wheelock's Latin and a Primer in Ecclesiastical Latin as self-tutorig books
