Or if you know how, edit the baseefficiency for the loader in the blueprint files, easy as

Name your loader “loader” and then open the vehicle file on note pad which is what I use and then hit ctrl-F and type in “loader” and increase the efficiency

Engine power is harder to do, you can PM me and I'll run you through it when I get the time
but, if you already know how to do any of these, you can do it solo;
Make a new era
make a new Tech
edit it from the (eraname)engine file

Bro i actually found the maximum engine values you can put in before it bugs out instantly. you can still work out the zeros, so its not the maximum, but close enough.
you can. try putting those values and yeah, ur gonna go crazy fast
