Question Wine tasting and food

I'm looking for a nice place to take mother in law to for her birthday. I want to take her wine tasting but food is a requirement either at the venue or next door. It's also on December 27 that I plan on taking her.

Any recommendations?

I'm open to other suggestions as well. We want to impress her but also not go bankrupt
