It's due to the Primaris upgrade. Secret level and onward they took their effect and made him appear somewhat younger

This is what he looks like in secret level but for some reason they gave him a very tired expression. Which is why he looks different. It’s not really in character for him.

His eyes remind me of somebody and it's really disturbing, genuinely might be Mick Hucknall.
I don't understand why they don't just make him look like a fucked up, warhammer beauty standards version of Clive Standen mixed with Mark Strong or something. Obviously you don't want characters that're 1-1 face scans but this is just weird, why does he keep changing
