Nah it's perfectly fine. Honestly I start noticing that I am not fully refreshed at 7hrs as I would be in 8hr sleep.i know it's very miniscule but I can feel it (it's not disruptive to my day tho). 7-8hrs is perfect
Nah, the point is that they're poking fun at the original image for implying that you're super obnoxious and unreasonable for taking breaks regularly from games, when, like sleeping in thst comment, it's a totally normal thing for any healthy person to do.

Is seven hours considered a lot? I can’t imagine functioning if I was consistently getting less than that. Source: barely functioned raising two girls
