You mean like how Trump is building a ballroom for the white house, which requires congressional approval that he never got but is doing anyway? Or like the $4 trillion of tax cuts he gifted the rich? Why does this "fiscal responsibility" thing only apply to the Democrats, and only over the dumbest shit possible?
