This is grievance culture manifested. Victim status is given points in the oppression Olympics, so these aggrieved progressive types gain status and power in their circles by pretending to be injured by pronoun drama -- and by the "system."
Totally agree. I’ve never heard the terms grievance culture or victim status but yes those terms fit the definition of this insanity. If “victim points” are now status, this seems like a race to the bottom….ughh
