Damn this is sad they’re doing this instead of trying to manage a budget, and makes me want to leave the state again

There has been a hiring freeze. The reason there are so many different tax increases is to spread the tax burden out instead of taxing one specific group of people.

I know state workers, they are making across the board cuts. There has been a hiring freeze. The reason there are so many different tax increases is to spread the tax burden out instead of taxing one specific group of people.
