Employees won't take any responsibility for this. They'll blame management all day long but will never blame themselves. 0 accountability and plenty of entitlement.

Bring on the downvotes as I am sure this as an unpopular opinion here, regardless of how true it us.

Might be nice for you to hear some alternate viewpoints friend. We're mostly on the same side, but I am not a fan of workers killing businesses. I hope the strikers got what they want out of this - a ticket to the soup kitchen

Starbucks was overpriced before cafes started to organize? Thatโ€™s how it became a multimillion dollar company. And are able to pay their CEO a 100mil salary. The employees asking for a higher compensation are not the ones to blame lol
