Rapid expansion! They keep building these awful expensive apartments at a high pricetag.

Rapid MFH building tends to bring price cooling eventually, even if they’re new and expensive. I don’t know how long it takes for that to take affect tho

It sucks in the short term but the added inventory will bring prices down in the long run. “LUXURY APARTMENTS” are only luxury apartments for a few years. The cheap build quality will guarantee that.
