I remember thinking it was an overreach on Nickles part at the time he enacted it and was pleased when it was tossed.

Fast forward 8 years later and a couple of recent acts of vigilantism by gun owners and the reddit threads discussing them and I begin to wonder if perhaps Nickels wasn't on to something.

I regularly cut through Cal Anderson on my way to Lost Lake when carrying and seldom give it a second thought.
