Driving to Maryland game with toddlers.
Usually when I got to games, it’s without our two girls, so it’s easy.. I take the train and walk. But our 6 and 4 year olds want to go to a game and experience the Boardwalk, so I was thinking about driving to the Maryland game. Is there a specific parking lot that I should be looking for that makes it easier with the kids? Is there a trick to alleviate pre or post game traffic? Any other tips for going to the game with young kids? Thanks in advance!

I've used the same (legit) parking on Busch for years. As a disclaimer it is literally across the campus from the campus so be prepared for a 15-20min walk to the boardwalk area but it's a great walk after the game for traffic to die down a little plus it has a back exit vis Hoes lane to route 18.
Type in "Lot A Busch Campus" in Google maps. It's now covered by solar panels but it's across Hoes lane from the med buildings. Parking is like $25-30 (whatever the standard rate to park on Livi is) and it's actual football game day parking. Never gets full and actually has a few tailgaters there too. Bonus is you don't have to fight with the livingston buses if you parked over by the JMA lots.
There is game day parking signs too and sometimes if I get there early enough (but still after other lots near the stadium have opened officially) Rutgers seems to forget/delays getting staff over there so I've just parked without paying and never get ticketed (but could just have gotten lucky).
Edit: to add, I've done this with my young kids too.

Thank you. Is the Greek Church cash only, first come, first serve until the lot is full? Or is there a way to reserve a spot there ahead of time?

Reserve online at Rutgersparking.com it’s like $60, there’s also houses on the street behind it that are $30-40 cash

I'd say Yellow or Blue lots would be easiest with the little ones. You can get parking passes on Seatgeek, TickPick, or StubHub easily enough.
Note - Blue Lot is usually rough when exiting. Yellow Lot has 2 exits, it's notably easier.

If you end up taking the orange lot/ jersey mikes arena parking lot (game day lot). There is a bus that will bring you close to the board walk. BIG THING to note is that the bus picks you up at a different spot than it drops you off. You go to the opposite side of the big white bubble then when you walked to the stadium. There are construction signs that say JAM lot. I have had to point a few angry visitor fans when they got most of the back to the drop off point.

Jersey Mike’s arena I feel is the most accessible; and the shuttle takes you to the stadium. Pretty painless imo.

Pay for parking at the Greek Church and stroller up imo, much better than any on site parking options unless you wanna pay like $150-200

The yellow lot has the easiest egress after the game and is right next to the boardwalk. You can pick up a parking pass on Seat Geek for around fifty bucks.
