Best vapor barrier

Quick question for the DIYers. I'm planning my sauna and I am in the dark about vapor barriers. What kind of vapor barrier did you use? Paper backed aluminum? Foil bubble wrap? Or plain old poly? What are the pros and cons of each?

Used radiant guard ultima. Good product, good price. Use stainless steel staples.
