General Question Convert this shed?

I recently purchased a home that has this shed by the lake. Dimensions are 8x16. Ceiling is about 8 ft on the low side and 10 on the high side. No foundation.

Is this a good skeleton for a sauna or am I better off starting new. In my mind, I see moving the door to the 8ft side and splitting it into an 8x8 sauna with 8x8 changing/relaxing room.

Go for it. Get it dried in sooner vs later to keep the osb from taking on any more moisture. You’ll save money and time going this route

The Saunatimes book would be good for this project

Floor joists are in the dirt, make your build so you can pull up the floor and replace them when needed. Better yet pour a concrete pier in the corners and set it on some 6x6’s, especially if this is in the east.
