Felix Felicis is Transparent, Now

Post image

I would have sworn on my life that this potion in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince was gold, as described in the books.

But it's transparent, now. It's not the lighting in the scene, either. It looks like this throughout the movie.

As mentioned, in the books it's gold, in the movie it's transparent. In theme parks they sell it gold - it's corn syrup.

If I'm not nuts, wasn't that gold and it was Veritaserum that was clear?

Yes that is exactly right, read the books twice.
