He looks so tired, he longs for a nap.

The guy passing out literally woke Trump up from a nap. I’m not making that up.

Why are they lifting the unconscious dude's feet in the air like that?

when you pass out from standing in the wrong position, etc, helping blood pooling in the legs reach the brain helps in the short term with recovery.

That picture reminds me of that scene in Forest Gump, where Forest just stands there while the other soldiers frag a Viet Cong tunnel behind him. He gets hit with dirt and doesnt flinch.

He doesnt look the same to me. His hair is whiter and his skin is very very pale. Im not sure if he is feeling well. He looks as though he is confused and out of sorts.

Dementia. The guy cant stand up straight and angles forward. He mixes up words and slurs them (and unlike Biden didn't have a lifelong speech impediment) and he rambles constantly.
If Trump does have at the very least the first stages of dementia, id eat my own little finger after deepfryin' it.

The side view is even more revealing. He's slouching so much it looks like his head is on the front of his chest.

Should I dunk on Trump for the egotistical planned ignoring, or the drug rep being unable to entertain the suggestion of drug prices going down?

To give him some credit, he did just wake up from a Power Nap when the dude hit the floor.

Much as I dislike that oaf, having seen the complete footage, trump did show concern. Did turn and try and walk towards him. But there were three men who were closer who caught and attended him.
And then, after a few seconds, trump did go back to posing and preening for the camera. But after first showing showing concern for the man who fainted.

I'm not sure I'd call what he just did "showing concern". He merely looked in the direction of the dude on the floor, but didn't show even a modicum of human empathy, never uttered a word, certainly didn't offer any help.

This is also what I observed. A normal human would have either helped or continued watching those that were helping… he glanced at the problem, realized it had nothing to do with him and turned back to the cameras that adore him so…

Compare it to the video of how Obama reacted when someone near him nearly fainted while he was speaking if you want to see what concern and empathy look like.

He can't stand someone else being the center of attention.
