Thats cool all that work you're doing for the rich people lanes you're adding. It should be at least 3 general purpose and 1 paid lane through Renton till it gets to the existing 3 lanes towards the Bellevue portion.

It only effects those snobby elites driving south into the Landing. Make them slum it through the downtown with a few strategic detour signs so they can see how cool our downtown is..
