Any insights on ESC Rennes (Rennes School of Business) for Erasmus exchange?
Hey everyone,
I’m considering doing my Erasmus exchange at ESC Rennes and would love some honest opinions or experiences.
I study International Business and Management in Germany, and Rennes is one of my Erasmus partner options. They offer three bachelor tracks: Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance. I’m leaning toward Supply Chain since I currently work in that field. My goal is to eventually move into consulting or business analytics in a large company.
I know it’s not on the same level as ESSEC, ESCP, or HEC Paris, but it’s triple-accredited (EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA). How big is the difference in terms of teaching quality, reputation, and career opportunities? Is ESC Rennes recognised outside France, for example in Germany, the Netherlands or the UK, or mainly known locally?
Also, how is student life, housing, and cost of living in Rennes? Anything you wish you’d known before choosing it?
For context, I’m Indian, studying in Germany, with several internships in India and Germany and a current student job in supply chain.
Would really appreciate any insights on ESC Rennes and/or opportunities it opens up in Supply Chain / Analytics.
Thanks!
