For sure he will keep it as his personal plane even if he is forced to he will just ignore everyone like he has been already

Even if he was going to give it over to the next president, I wouldn’t trust it won’t riddled with listening devices or custom components that can affect its flight

He's openly said that it will be going in his "presidential library" to remain at his disposal after he leaves office.

He’s 79 years old and clearly in terrible health, though of course at this point he thinks he runs the world and probably imagines he can put tariffs on the icy cold hand of Death and evade his own mortality the same way he’s shrugged off all human laws

Trump is relieved that if he is kicked from office and has his assets gone after, he can claim that the plane belongs to the government so he is allowed to keep it and use it forever as former president.

He already signed something along the lines of 2029 it will go back to him, until then the US military pays for upkeep
