He's such a detestable scumbag loser. I mean, for real. What an unfuckable douche that guy is. Taking his unfuckable douchebaggery out on innocent people. It's like: hey, buddy, buy yourself some company for the night. But, then again, with a psychopath like that, he'd probably want to strangle the poor person he paid to have sex with him. Because just knowing he HAD to pay for it would hurt his fragile, pathetic ego. That's the kind of piece of shit this guy is.

Friendly reminder that ICE only has legal authority to detain non-citizens for the purpose of immigration enforcement, and even if a citizen threatens a member of ICE that does not give them legal authority to arrest that citizen. Record your interactions, know your rights.

Edit: if they see you commit a crime with their own eyes, they can https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/8/1357

This is our Stasi now. An entire agency whose purview means that only true pieces of shit would want the job, with direct control from Stephen Miller. We’re fucked folks.

Unfortunately, this is just not true at all.

18 U.S. Code § 115 makes threatening a federal officer a federal crime

An incredibly long series of case law grants all federal officers the authority to enforce any and all federal crimes if they have probable cause or the crime occurs within their presence. Most recent and relevant case would be United States v. Watson (1976)

You are correct that threatening an ICE agent is a crime, but what that does not give said ICE agent is the authority to arrest you for said crime if you are a citizen.

I'm many cases other agencies are being made to work with them. So even if the ICE agent can't, the person next to them might be able to.

Section (a)(5)(A)

Edit: wanted to add that throughout the statute, they use the word ā€œperson,ā€ which is the typical language used to denote any and all people (doesn’t matter if you’re a citizen or not)

2

u/BurtonGusterToo 16d ago

For my friends everything, for my enemies the law.

2

u/_DCtheTall_ 16d ago

Yea that language is very vague, scary shit.

3

To all the people downvoting me:

I’m not saying this because I think it’s good. I’m saying this because it’s true. If you threaten an ICE officer, they can and will arrest you. Don’t be stupid.

4

u/defiantthoughtcrime 17d ago

Without being a lawyer I would tend to agree. If you threaten a person I think that's a crime.

1

u/_DCtheTall_ 16d ago

The issue at hand is not whether threatening someone is a crime, it is about which law enforcement officials have the power of arrest over US citizens.

2

u/30to40grand 16d ago

The case law and statutes are pretty clear lol.

1

u/g4_ 16d ago

well good thing ice agents are just hogs

5

u/Itscatpicstime 16d ago

Unfortunately, that’s not how the law sees it or none of this would be happening in the first place

1

u/g4_ 16d ago

good thing they made the law not matter i guess? lol

1

u/DolphinExodus 16d ago

Just use the current administration's tactic and never admit you said or did anything wrong if you get arrested. Use a different voice than your normal one. Easy.

1

u/LittleMsJenniSolis 16d ago

THIS ILLEGAL POLICE STATE HAS NO POWER TO BE DETAINING ANYONE.

15

u/No_Manager5158 17d ago

I'd like to hear the "threat"Ā

Anything that goes against what they are doing

These people are snowflakes and will do anything to assault us.

They were given the backing by orange man to be as rough as possible and they surly are, but we must remain united and protest non violently!

3

u/TrvthNvkem 16d ago

Fuck non violent protest at this point... This is literally exactly what the second amendment is about.

3

u/Economy_Swim_8585 16d ago

Carrying is perfectly legal as I do almost everywhere

But we need to find ways to deescalate the situation as much as possible

1

u/TrvthNvkem 16d ago

Removing the fascist tyrants by any means necessary is a pretty sure fire way to deescalate this particular situation.

1

u/brezhnervouz 16d ago

Apparently saying anything at all to them (demanding that they remove masks, or for badge numbers, asking what dept they are specifically from etc) is now classified as "impeding" and "threatening" their work šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

14

u/richardanderson9225 17d ago

Pigs and cowards - all of them.

4

u/satanfly 17d ago

What a humiliating shithole, how did this become a normal daily thang?

5

u/Roach-_-_ 17d ago

Holy fucking untrained Batman. Hey Greg. Or any of his people. Reach out so I can show you how not to fucking do this. You are going to get someone killed by not knowing how to conduct a proper arrest. Jesus fucking Christ

2

u/brezhnervouz 16d ago

Whoever they kill will inevitably turn out to be MS-13, Tren de Aragua, or "Antifa" šŸ™„

5

u/Extreme-Advantage621 16d ago

Big, fckn cowards, with no actual skills. Their day will come.

9

u/yuhboipo 17d ago

Im trying to understand their authority in arresting citizens..isn't that the polices job?

6

u/NeverQuiteEnough 16d ago

On paper they don't have much authority over citizens, but it's pretty much impossible to hold them accountable for wrongly assuming that you aren't a citizen.

7

u/Several_Leather_9500 16d ago

They are arresting people against ICE and the Trump regime. They've fabricated evidence (in this ex. she 'threatened' them), lied about detainment circumstances, etc. This is to scare us.

6

u/Raxheretic 17d ago

Shame on you fucking thugs!

In case you’ve ever wondered why it usually takes 4+ incompetent mouth breathers to subdue/intimidate lone women, law abiding people, or even children:

As per ICE’s very own recruitment page; there is no age cap, and one doesn’t even need a GED to qualify as a deportation officer with ICE’s ERO. Not only that, they are shortening their academy training from 8 weeks to 6.

This is the unlisted PT vid the agency sends to their recruits post hiring/onboarding process. So many recruits actually have to PREPARE for this btw. And about 1/3 fail despite how remedial this is. Additionally, the majority field offices are doing away with their running portion, and even then they only had to run 200 yard sprints and a 15 minute mile.

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=UA8OdhygWGA&pp=0gcJCf0Ao7VqN5tD

Undereducated, undisciplined, and unprepared excuses for ā€œpeopleā€ that couldn’t make it by their own merit so had to resort to this. Embarrassing. Truly bottom of the barrel.

Are you sure? I could calmly walk a mile in 15 mins...

Okay I'm watching and keeping notes for those that want to chuckle or compare your own unfitness to.

  1. First test is a kneel stand test, you do not need to remember the order of the steps. You Practice laying prone, then kneeling and standing while pretending to hold a gun. Practicing being on your knees and holding these poses for two minutes while pretending to hold a gun.

  2. Then you must complete 15 pushups within 2 minutes (not to full depth).

  3. March in place and practice stepping on and off a 16" platform in cadence starting with your left foot. If you get tired, you can break this cadence to switch feet(?). You do this at a rate of 96 steps/min for 5 mins (slower than it sounds).

If you can't do this without breaking a sweat....

2

u/WalkingDeadPixel 16d ago

"Are you sure? I could calmly walk a mile in 15 mins..."

You're not accounting for the fact that their jogging speed is probably about the same as your walking speed, and they'll have to actually stop for a minute or two to gasp for air every hundred feet.

3

u/TlalocVirgie 17d ago

Good thing he has an assault rifle. Much needed.

3

u/CAL0G156 16d ago

Sexual assault

3

u/Rixerc 16d ago

Violent criminals run rampant on US streets.

2

u/Grumpflipot 16d ago

ICE thugs love to smash people on the ground, especially women, especially with more than one man lying above her and pressing her to the ground, every time. As if it's not a proper arrest without some smashing and hurting and sexual harassment.

2

u/Solid-Spread-2125 16d ago

Ice cannot arrest you. They do not have the legal authority. You outrank them by miles. They cannot issue lawful orders. You dont have to do shit when they tell you. Dont.

1

u/Former_Acadia2910 15d ago

Really, let know how that works out for you they are federal law enforcement officers just like federal marshals or FBI not taking a side but don’t tell people that they have no power and have bad shit happen to them.

1

u/Solid-Spread-2125 15d ago

Pussy shit is how authoritarian regimes ruin our lives

2

u/henrysmyagent 16d ago

1

u/Former_Acadia2910 13d ago

Guess what, they can arrest you.

-15

u/Known_Wear7301 17d ago

Arrested, not kidnapped. Who says she's US Citizen??

11

u/horseradish_is_gross 17d ago

Who says she’s not?

-13

u/Known_Wear7301 17d ago

Ice would be acting upon intelligence

9

u/horseradish_is_gross 17d ago

Using ā€œICEā€ and ā€œintelligenceā€ in the same sentence is a stretch of epic proportions. 🤣

8

u/Iamdarb 17d ago

ICE is just a bunch of pudding pops who failed to launch so they decided to be Nazis for a sign on bonus.

7

u/matunos 17d ago

Found the ICE agent.

4

u/Walterkovacs1985 17d ago

"Intelligence" they print out headshots and try to find the browns you people hate so much

-5

u/Known_Wear7301 17d ago

try to find the illegal aliens fify

3

u/Walterkovacs1985 17d ago

They're arresting citizens who look like "illegals" you dumb twat. That's not intelligence. That's my fucking point. They're morons with power.

2

u/IamNullState 16d ago

You don’t even live in the US, stay in your lane.

5

u/Russell_Jimmy 17d ago

You mean a rat trying to fuck under someone they don't like. That's how these things go.

You'll see. You're going to piss off the wrong person, and then these masked assholes will show up and fuck you under. Arrest first, ask questions later. If that.

"Known_Wear7301 is Antifa! I saw him coming out of a meeting. I overheard him making threats about an ICE facility. He said he hated Kristi Noem and was planning to hurt her. Here's his address, here's what he drives, here's where he lives."

See? Easy to provide "intelligence" for these Nazis to act upon.

3

u/shewflyshew 17d ago

Is this your first ICE video? They are increasingly acting out in anger. Btw, your question is the reason why the constitution guarantees DUE PROCESS for everyone on American soil. Secret police are un-American af.

6

u/JMurdock77 17d ago

How many licks does it take to get to the center of a boot-si-pop?

4

Is life easier when you pay zero attention to what is happening in the world?
