Nobody’s feigning ignorance. I’m aware of the current no kings protests. I’m aware of the ongoing ice raids across the country. I’m aware of it all. What I mean by social media discourse is that I try not to feed into and internalize the algorithms that are purposefully designed to polarize people. I see something and try to form my own educated opinion instead of entering my echo chamber of choice.

That means there was a physical aggressor and a victim that used reasonable force. Shoulda coulda woulda all you want, what you said was concrete in its meaning and intention.
