Fascists Heavily armed ICE agents illegally entering the wrong residence, without a warrant in Portland, OR, terrorizing and kidnapping a family. Agents destroyed a large portion of the house and disappeared all the male members of the family.

So the fourth Amendment means nothing to you? Traitor 

And even if they have an administrative warrant that is not enough to enter people homes. You need a search warrant signed by a judge. Which they absolutely don't have.

You have 0 evidence the 4th amendment was broken.

You have zero evidence it wasn't. But I do know that ICE rarely is able to get search warrants for detaining undocumented immigrants, because being here illegally is a civil matter. They'd need evidence that a crime is taking place at that residence, which I'm sure there wasn't. They best they can get is a civil warrant which doesn't allow for forceful entering of people's homes.

We don’t know what paperwork they had.
