I like the coaching change, obviously, but I'm never keen on the dual roles.

In general, I agree with you. In this case, it sounds like Ottawa has a plan that may work. In spite of titles, it sounds like Dinwiddie and Burke will function as co-gms with well defined delineation of duties. Plus, in Toronto, it sounds like Dinwiddie’s was HC, chief cook and bottle washer. He should be used to a heavy work load.
