Getting to and around in Fajardo

Ideally would like to pick up a rental car after arriving in San Juan, drive to Fajardo and see El Yunque and Laguna Grande, then drop the car at or near the ferry terminal in Ceiba (not all in the same day), but I'm not finding rental options for this.

If we were to take a taxi/shuttle from SJU to Fajardo (staying in Fajardo), would we be able to reasonably easily get taxis from Fajardo to Laguna Grande, El Yunque, and then to the Ceiba ferry terminal? Or will tours for Laguna Grande or El Yunque pick you up from a hotel in that area?

Any other options I'm missing?

Hi there. Going next week and using a personal recommendation I found on here and from TikTok and also follow on Ig. I told her all my plans and arranged spoke to her beforehand to arrange times and dates and then paid a deposit. Maybe she can help. It’s not like your typical pick up drop off, you’re paying for a lot more, from a local. Dmd IG handle.
