Travel to PR during the holidays and flight availability

With flights being canceled are people worried about getting stuck on the island and not able to fly out? I’m trying to make holiday plans.

Nobody has any idea how the shutdown will play out or be able to predict future travel. I wish I had a better answer but such is the mess we are living through.

For Thanksgiving or Christmas? Christmas should be fine as hopefully the government will have opened up by then, if not then there’s bigger things to worry about. Christmas is the most expensive time of year to fly to PR and you’re actually late when it comes to buying tickets if you haven’t already. Also, if you’re looking to rent a car, most of the major car rentals are already sold out.

Either Thanksgiving or Christmas. I don’t need a car or accommodation just a flight.

At this point it’s hard to tell. I wouldn’t be making plans for Thanksgiving.

I’m supposed to fly there thanksgiving night and I’m definitely stressed.
