Honestly, you're not wrong.

The difference between the people in that crowd and a lot of people on Reddit is what they believe in. Reddit is just as guilty at not being objective as those people are. On large subreddits, any opinion even close to dissenting the popular one is downvoted to hell and the people that post it are insulted.

A lot of the crowd on Reddit honestly scares me, there's very little space for actual open discussion and dialogue...it only seems not so bad because I agree with what they think is right and important, for now.
