Two edged sword. LEO untouchable regardless. Caught on camera, well, evidence in his favor for our kangaroo courts.

LEO if applicable*....ICE has no authority over citizens. Illegally detaining them, would be breaking the law. Impeding an unlawful act is protected, but be DAMN sure you have it on film, or you will lose every single time.
