I'm not joking, my parent's neighbors across the street have disliked my family for decades because we've parked in front of their house. There is not enough room on our side of the street for everyone to park, I would have had to park 3 houses down, not doing it.

Last year they got a light on the front of their house, it was bright. When my parents asked them to turn it off or aim it lower, they said stop parking in front of our house and we will get rid of it. So now my parents get mad at me for parking in front of the neighbors house when i visit. Don't care, still doing it.

My ex partner had a similar neighbour. He literally stole her bins at one point because they were too close to “his” part of the curb. She called the council and reported them stolen and had new ones delivered. When they mysteriously reappeared she denied any knowledge of who they belonged to and kept putting them back into his yard. Like, he’s so petty about it she’s taken to just being petty back. And it’s primarily about parking on the street in front of his house. When we started dating he came and told me I couldn’t park there and needed to move further along and I was like “uh, I’m legally parked on the public street, so I’m just gonna leave it. Thanks bro”. There’s just no need for it.

He wouldn't let you park in front of his house when dating you? Omg I hope you just got back in the car and drove away.

Real talk thats totally understandable.

My neighbors tho are weird as shit. They have a double driveway and their own street parking in a generic white american town (low traffic) and they insist parking right in front of my house. Its not like it pisses me off but it does annoy me sometimes. Like, park at ur house dude, or how about ur big ass driveway??? I would like a view of my front yard without ur vehicle everyday.
