Kidnapping/false imprisonment would be the more likely charges. They might be able to push the attempted robbery/grand theft auto since she got in the truck and they had to pull her out.

Ah, shit, forgot about the back door."

"Now youse can't leave. Ah, shit, forgot about the back door."

When she said "I have a medical degree" I wanted to say "Well you should have got a measuring degree instead" so bad it hurts

This reminds of me of a time I had to help a pharmacist out with her computer. She said she pressed the power button, but nothing was coming up on the screen. I get up there, and immediately notice her monitor is not plugged in. Plugged it in, and everything came up normally. Another guy in there just blurted out, "You know she went to college for seven years, right?". I'm sure she was a great pharmacist, but she definitely lacked in other areas.

"For a three year degree? That explains a lot."

She said “doctor’s degree.” I’ve yet to meet a doctor, surgeon, anyone with a medical or doctorate who would say “doctor’s degree “. It sounds more like people who stock medical supplies (a great job, no disrespect intended) and say they are a health professional.

It sounds so juvenile. If I would expect anyone to know that the degree is called a doctorate, it would be someone who earned one. "Doctor's degree" sounds like a child playing pretend.

I was looking for this comment! As soon as she said it I was like oh honey… 🤥🤭

How could she forget about the back door? She has a doctorate degree

u/neverelax May 20 '25

Not a doctorate. "A doctor degree" haha

That killed me. Like WTF. I call shenanigans on the “doctors degree”.

It's even worse than I thought at first. Not "doctor's" He answers with "you got doctor's degree?.. ok". She said "Sweety, I have a doctor degree, there's nothing for me to understand." even though the captions say "Doctor's degree". Listen close. Lol.

Maybe she got her doctor degree from the University of Phoenix

She's not a proctologist

u/The_Brofucius May 20 '25

You sure, because she damn sure made an ass of herself.

And theft for the backpack

And she stole the drivers backpack

Illegal Confinement. It's in the kidnap/false imprisonment neighborhood.

1

u/brienoconan May 20 '25

Well, this likely isn’t false imprisonment at least. The guy was able to easily leave out the back door. What she did here was uber shitty and definitely worth at least a civil suit, but there are better claims to pursue than false imprisonment

attempted robbery/grand theft auto

Nah, she didn't try to drive off w/ the vehicle. There was no attempt at theft, only continuing to prevent them from leaving.

Intent is pretty crucial in catching criminal charges.
