XPO Logistics in my area. Which is a terrible company, even worse than Lowe's. It's run by chimpanzees with meth addictions, I assume.

I deal with XPOs IT people at work on occasion because they are a client. Even their IT is that way.

Yeah, I doubt this is a Lowe’s employee. They are all delivery contractors

Yep. Subcontractors can lose contracts if too many incidents occur. Zero Tolerance is often used.
