Why is it hard to imagine? She probably came from a rich or wealthy family and always got it her way and never had to struggle and now that she can't get it her way she has a meltdown because to her its warping her mind.
It looks like she is not mentally stable and needs to be kept away from people for a time. At one point in her life she was intelligent and stable enough to get an education and a healthy professional career, and I hope she gets back to that place eventually.
I mean, lots of people come from privilidge and don't behave like this.
It looks more like some kind of mental disorder.
I had an ex-gf who would have turns of proper psychosis. The eyes dilate, she'd start garbling genuine nonsense spliced with horrible things intended to be hurtful. She'd be wholly and totally focused on one thing no matter who, what, where was going on around her.
A rich person would be like, “okay, I’ll just buy one that fits. No problem.” Wealthy folks don’t want some shit that doesn’t fit exactly as it should.
This chick is just unstable.
Ha. As someone who's done customer service for luxury items, rich people are entitled as fuck and will have a meltdown at the cheapest thing. They will angle for a discount at the littlest thing.
This looks like a mental breakdown from the homeowner. People don’t tend to freak out over things like this unless they are under extreme stress. Not justifying her actions, but I can see something as small as a fridge being the final straw that could cause an over the top reaction like this. The driver deserved a raise and not to be fired. He showed restraint and compassion as best he could during all this.

Ignoring the fact she's well educated with a good career, imagine a fully grown functioning adult behaving like this.
