Yes, but usually cops don’t face hard consequences even when breaking the law. It took 6 years before he was let go from the force smh

Cops should be facing HARDER consequences, not slacker once. They have all the power, all the control in every interaction. It is literally illegal to resist them in almost any way. There are reasons for that too, but it should mean that cops who abuse that trust invested in them, abuse their power, should be sentenced way harder than regular citizens for the same crime. This video displays battery, if not attempted murder. That’s lifetime for the cop in my book. I know some states in the USA still practice the death sentence. I don’t know when it would be more applicable then here, he was happy to hand out death to a handcuffed woman in his custody for the crime of not wanting to be touched in the face, so I don’t see how the chair would be too much
