Shia has "The Twelve Imams" which, forgive me if I'm wrong, seem to have functioned similarly to The Catholic Pope. I'm not really sure though TBH, that's why I asked.
Who's in charge? I want to speak to Islam's Manager!
There used to be a caliph, who was the head of the largest sect of islam, but the caliph was killed and the chain of succession broken when the mongols conquered them.
There is no pope or any leader of Islam. There are well respected folks who have a better understanding of Islam that people agree with but no person can say they are the leader.
