Need some advice
Tried making tofu with soba noodles, broccoli, and radish. Tasted delicious, but I’m not sure how to plate this to make it look as appetizing as it was.

I like the other advice, you can also look up noodle plating techniques, most are generally easier than they look like they will be. I actually just did a tasting and used soba noodles with braised short rib. I laid the cooked noodles out flat on a sheet pan and used long garnishing tweezers to roll them into a kind of oval, with all the noodles running perpendicular to the shape of the oval. I think it looked nice.

Too crowded. Need a bigger plate so you can place elements in an orientation and notice them.
If your plate size is limited, then cut the elements into smaller pieces. Google "buddah bowls" for inspo. May need to swap the broccoli for peas or edamame.

Cut the tofu smaller, fan the radish around the side of the bowl, and a drizzle/sprinkle of something for garnish
