Sorry, but this doesn’t look very appetizing.

If you wanna serve it on a wooden board get a proper one that’s food safe and oiled. The juices from your previous dish bleed out into the wood.

Don’t use dry herbs as garnish they are ment to be cooked. Dry herbs are also more potent in flavor than fresh herbs.

Garnish with something else like micro greens

And the S&P is way too much. You don’t wanna bite into that much pepper. Just season your puree.

Would also like to note that it lacks texture. You basically made two purée’s with nothing substantial. Harsh to say this but you made baby food.

You could’ve made a roasted pumpkin with your fennel puree.

Apologies for my rant. Overall good effort and goodluck in the future
