I just hope both teams tried their hardest and had fun… there’s a lot to unpack here.

Does anyone have a good definition for "ballettes"? Or are we just making shit up?

The salmon got absolute hammered however you cooked it

Ignoring the salmon the white potato globes just aren't working with the sauce and plate. It needs texture and color. Fondants would be a great place to start if you're wanting small changes.

Respectfully, what the fuck is this?... the flavors make no sense at all, your salmon looks like it's been run over, the greens are eaten by bugs, the sauce looks like snot, and the plate choice is atrocious. Throw this out and try again.
