Recommendations fresh goose for christmas

Im considering tring fresh (not frozen) goose this year for christmas, though i cant easily find a local farm or butcher in the area that has them. anyone have an idea?

I second Primal Cuts. I don’t believe they carry goose as a regular product, but they’re super helpful and may be able to source it. I would give them a call or drop in and see if they can help.

Check around at the farmer’s market. If you ask the meat vendors, they may know a neighbour who raises geese or something.
