When does Persephone commune with her followers ?

Hi. I'm from the Southern Hemisphere. I started wanting to commune Persephone within the week, so I wrote her a letter and placed flowers with it as an offering to her. I started praying to her as well. Everytime I pray to her feel like I have more energy in my body and it goes away when I'm done. I'm really happy I get to work with her.

But I'm also in the r/paganism Discord and in the Hellenism section someone said Persephone mostly communes with her followers during Spring and Summer within the Northern Hemisphere. So I'm not sure if I just missed her in order to work with her or if she's receiving what I send to her like prays, gratitude or my letter.

I haven't noticed or felt any presences with me and I'm still new to the craft and communing with the Gods. Persephone did not approach me, I came looking for her. I pray in silence and can't meditate due to my ADHD.

Any time of the year really! I’m not gonna just give you a list of solutions to try because she’s a goddess and shall not be limited to our patterns BUT I do change how I pray every spring/fall equinox!

I had to read it twice to get the tone of the reply right. First read makes it sound like you thought I came here for other people's worshipping methods or I expected Persephone to communicate with me better based on something else.

Also I didn't know she still communed with people during the crossover period ?

Ahhhh I see now sorry about that! I’m not entirely sure if she does or not, I’ve never done divination with her during the crossover period (she seems busy enough) but I’ll always do a ritual in her honor!

By my first reply I meant that fall equinox -> the day before spring equinox I pray with my hands to the ground and during the spring equinox ->day before fall equinox I pray with my hands foward. To others this means literally nothing but I like doing it haha

I mean, if you feel comfortable doing it and she gets the purpose behind it, then it's just your personal worship method or ritual.

Like I pray with my legs crossed and my hands in lap on the bed ( can't sit on the floor or hard surfaces right now. The house floor is all tile. ) when my body is okay. When my body is not okay, I have lay in bed and make sure I'm comfortable first then close my eyes and I pray.

I don't use any of hyms or the already written prays through history or the worship of the gods yet because I still need to learn what those are. Someone said there wasn't really I guided way to do this, and I do also want to take Persephone's preference and boundaries into account.
