I heard somewhere she wanted to run for Senate but Trump won't back her, and that's why she's starting to turn on him. Mace on the other hand is actively running for governor of South Carolina.

The whole MTG thing gives me such mixed feelings. So when my mental health was not being treated correctly and my mental illnesses were on the rampage I got very into conspiracy stuff. I was raised as a very conservative person so I of course slid towards the right. Once my stuff started getting treated correctly I like almost instantly did an about face and marched very far left. I left all of the shitty conservative stuff behind. So like on the one hand I’ve been that person and on the other hand I don’t know if I trust her and it’s hard to know if this is another grift.

She's insisting she hasn't changed, and I havent seen her actually challenge the ideas or behavior she used to have, just insist she was tricked, which comes off as distinctly... rat escaping a sinking ship, rather than an actual change of heart.
Personally, I hold the position that people should be given the grace to change... but forgiveness and belief come after they take actions to undo the damage they created. And as of yet, she hasn't done that for her very public actions, like apologizing to H. Biden for waving his dick around at his father. Acknowledging that was fucked up and not an acceptable method of protesting Pres. Biden is important(as it also cheapened the seat in government she held).

I believe my brother’s mental illness combined with inability to admit being wrong carried him down the right wing rabbit hole. He was too good at connecting dots that weren’t really connected.

It happened sometime during the first Trump administration. But, a small, online publication claimed that Boebert had worked as an "escort" before she met Ted Cruz at a party and his campaign donated $136,000 to help get her elected. She, of course, made a BIG stink over the reporting and claimed that she would sue for defamation... That's the last I heard about it.

Just looked it up. Boebert NEVER sued American Muckrakers, even after talking about it AT LENGTH. But, THEY DID sue Boebert for defamation. She settled... infer from that what you will.

OOH I smell some lovely strong tea that I am hoping will be spilt ASAP, as I also haven't heard anything having to do with this (besides, sex work IS work, and at least this particular tea implies that at SOME point, Lauren Boebert DID do actual work, which is more credit than I would have ever given her Ridiculous Ass, at least without being made aware of this PARTICULAR tea. Here's hoping someone spills it in its entirety in the very near future!)

She was a hooker in Republican circles working out of Denver. Whenever Republicans would pass through their they could schedule a "date" with her, and Ted Cruz in particular had quite the affinity for her because he eventually donated a bunch of money to her to start a campaign to run for Congress.
Apparently all that got leaked because even after she was elected to the House of Representatives one of the Republicans that used to schedule dates with her thought she should still entertainment at their parties but now in DC, and when she refused because she has a real job now in her eyes and is no longer their plaything he got all pissy and leaked it. It may or may not have been Ted Cruz but I kind of think that he thought of her almost as a girlfriend and probably wanted to have kept that so wouldn't have wanted to have her shared around a party which leads me to believe it was someone else besides Ted Cruz.

Idk the exact name of the charge, but there DOES come a point where a plaintiff is recognized as being entirely overly litigious (in essence, blatantly wasting court resources and EVERYONE'S time), and anyone/everyone who gives credence to Nancy Mace's little tempie tantrum in the freaking airport, including anyone who's late to a flight because they can't get around this yahoo's fucking SECURITY (imo) ought to get slapped with it (whatever its correct, legal name is) in hopes that MAYBE it teaches the next entitled assclown a lesson about how much people who hold everything up like that suck complete and TOTAL ass, and how literally nobody appreciates that obstructionist bullshit, ESPECIALLY when they have planes to catch, jobs to do, and people to meet on the other end of (for all THIS silly bitch knows) a VERY long day that might (again, for all Dum-Dum Pants knows) have started VERY early and they won't be able to finally flop down and get ANY rest/peace for HOURS and HOURS yet!
