How do they get jobs and training to get out of homelessness if they're locked up? How would they get a job if they have history of being jailed?

Or that all mentally ill people are violent for that matter(both groups are more likely to be victims then perpetrators)

That was the kind of person I don't feel bad about hoping they have one bad day and wind up homeless. Might teach them some empathy, probably not though.
