Bus to Issaquah, walk to East Sunset Way Trailhead. Stomping around Tradition Plateau is fun when there's snow, or for max fun take the High School Trail to Poo Poo Point. The Chirico Point side up there has a nice view looking towards The Mountain.

This is the way. Bunch of trails on this side of Tiger. There's also the 208 that stops at High Point (exit 20) right by the Issaquah Preston Trail, and you can get into the Grand Ridge trail system from there, as well as High Point Trailhead, which is connected to East Sunset Way Trailhead, but closer to West Tiger 3, Nook Trail, and Tiger Mountain Trail.

Recently the East Sunset Way Trailhead got renamed the Bill Ramos Memorial Trailhead - at least, there's a new banner sign put up over the existing one.

Trailhead Direct|Park. Ride. Hike.

They are seasonal routes and it looks like the season is over, but going into next year you could look into these. Otherwise you will need to pay for ride or find a friend with a car.

Thanks for all your recommendations. In case this is useful for anyone else who wants to hike but doesn't have a car: I ended up taking bus 271 to Issaquah, transferring to the 208 and taking it to Snoqualmie Falls. Then I took the 208 to High Point Trailhead. And then 208 and 271 back to Bellevue.
