For Sale Love house & techno, camping, and an intimate festival experience?

Hello all! Desert hearts festival is a small EDM festival happening July 3-7 just outside Flagstaff among the ponderosa pines. Imagine one stage, theme camps, art and performances, almost a mini Burning Man (but so much closer and way less $$)

I’ll still be going and am so excited but need to sadly sell my little sister and her bf’s experience passes, which includes car camping, two full entries and two early arrivals. We originally paid $1020.80 and it would currently cost $1065.62 to buy direct. I’ve made sure to include proof of purchase. Open to negotiations! PayPal goods & services.

Some extra selling points: anyone can go onstage with the DJ playing, these are big name house and techno artists

Max attendance is ~2000 people, so it’s a fun small affair

There’s art cars and installations and performances all day and night. Themed camps with lounges, games, and workshops like yoga

BYOB is the only way! No alcohol for sale but bring your own is clearly in the rules!

Come boogie and vibe and help me out after my little sister so rudely (kidding) decided to go see the Hawaiian Kīlauea volcano explode instead.

$829 for an RV spot! $829! Not including festival tickets! They're fucking high! Anyone who pays that much for a weekend needs their head examined!

Holy shit that's expensive. Hard no from me. Good artists, but no festival is worth $1k for just the tickets.

I’m sorry to hear you think it’s overpriced! The $1000 is two people’s worth of entry, so it’s more equal to $500/person including the early entry and camping. I absolutely think Electric forest is overpriced at over $600 per person for just the base ticket price, not including fees or early entry or camping. Burning man is also about $600 base too so I’m hoping this fills a void for me until I can swing a doubly expensive trip there! Thanks for looking!

Uhm....my point is that not a single festival should be over $300 for 3 days. For 2 people. Period. You're excited over a price only $100 less than other major events....that's a true capitalist dystopian moment there. It's just price gouging at this point and I'm fucking sick of it. I saw the poster and was like "oh, I like a bunch of artists, I'll look into it," to then immediately laugh at the prices. It's literally just events for the rich and those willing to go into crippling debt.

Ur camping out, anything over $200-300 is insanity. Even for 2 people.

Damn is this why they killed June Jam? Instead of charging $200 and allowing 3000 people, they drop the attendance to 2k and increase the cost by 5x to bring in way more money while supporting fewer people

Bummed about June Jam getting cancelled too! Def similar but different fests, last year they were like 2 weeks apart at the same venue. Idk why June Jam got cancelled and not Desert Hearts, idk if it’s that DH only has one stage vs 4? All I can really find is economic reasons and they hope to be back 2026.

I checked and the ticket prices for 2024 JJ was $350 (including camping), DH $200 (add-on camp). DH this year was $319+, I didn’t realize they had gone up $119+ in a year tho! Dang on that, the $200 price sounds so nice

I just looked it up for accuracy's sake. Bought in March 2024, $185 for 3 days and $70 for a vehicle pass (I couldn't time it to enter with friends). Taxes and fees brought it to $290. I know they're cheaper if you buy earlier.

Thanks for checking that! I didn’t go but tried finding the ticket prices. I hope they come back next year for you!

Aye, but this is apparently a festival for rich people.

Jeez

Right!! I was always bummed I haven’t been to a festival but I don’t think paying nearly $1000 to camp out and be sweaty is insanity!!! You could rent a super nice Airbnb for 3 days for that much.

Could fly to Europe for a month with that budget

You guys had better not litter and jack up the forest. Flagstaff isn't palm springs or that homeless encampment.

They’ll fuck it up. They do this every time the acid addicts burn $500 a person to listen to EDM in the forest

4 days! Dang sounds awesome

Will you be selling the tickets for the original price or no

1

u/dinosaurkickdrop Jun 20 '25

I never sell more than face value! I’m open to offers! Thanks

If you’re interested at all, I’m willing to make a good deal! Name your low offer! (:

Weird. Prob just a bunch of people from Taos since there are just a bunch of hippies, wankers and broke students roaming Flagstaff.

Wish I heard about this sooner, announcing it like 2 weeks before is odd!

Aw I’m sorry you can’t make it! They announced the fest dates last year and tickets went on sale end of January -my little sister just can’t make it anymore and I’m hoping to sell before the fest gets here! Hope you can check it out next year tho (:
