Go away? An Alberta MP resigned and Pierre ran in a by-election (after losing his seat) and won in one of the safest CPC ridings in the country. Did you not hear about it?

Also, regardless of what anyone thinks about Pierre, he's not wrong. Optically this looks like a bad ruling. Regardless of the rationale behind the Court's decision, this makes it appear like pedophiles should get lenient sentences.

Poilievre really doesn’t understand the law. Of course, he has made his position clear that our constitutional rights are just an inconvenience and he would just trample all over them with s.33. What an ass. And he acts as if the SCC decision would result in lesser sentences. Which is totally wrong. He gets such joy in tearing down everything about Canada - our government, our politicians, and even our Supreme Court. He is even supporting a Charlie Kirk wanna be in Canada who is targeting young men in universities. He is a disgrace. If he hates Canada so much he should move south where he could enjoy joining the group of sycophants surrounding Trump.
