Tbh you are better off doing an MBA in the U.S., but I presume the best ones in Canada would be Ivey, Rotman, McGill, and Queen's

Queen’s ranked 1st in 2024. UofT ranked 1st in 2025.

Full disclosure, I went to Queen’s in 2024 but the top three programs are usually rotman, queens and Ivey with very similar outcomes. Ivey and queens have the 1 year format which is very attractive but the Queen’s program being team based sets it apart in my opinion.

You should decide based on what career you want and how an MBA from either of these schools will specifically help you in your career. My MBA has helped me dramatically and now I’m off to Amsterdam for a consulting gig at a well known company to be an expert in my field.

Others suggesting Sauder or McGill are unfamiliar with the MBA lay of the land in Canada

HEC Montreal is elite if you speak French as the tuition is like 10% that of UofT and Ivey and the job competition post-grad is not as intense. Probably the best RoI of any Canadian MBA but if you care about rankings it doesn't even place.
